This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Become a part of the DACH engineering team within an international organization comprising 18,800 employees.
• Engage in Application Engineering, Sales, and Supplier Management tasks.
• Travel within the region to connect with business partners, guiding them through complex power supply applications.
• Collaborate closely with field-based FAE sales teams and account managers.
• Design and implement customized power supplies, including AC/DC, DC/DC, and inverters.
• Oversee a sales project funnel from opportunities to bookings.
• Recommend optimal technical-commercial power solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Represent and present the Arrow Power Group.
• Provide support and training for sales representatives on technical matters.
• Increase the region's power supply bookings, billings, profits, and design victories.
• Proficient in Switch Mode Power supplies.
• Experienced in managing power project funnels and pipelines.
• Knowledgeable about electricity standards concerning power solutions.
• Possess a completed degree in electronic engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in German at a native level and proficient in English for business purposes.
• Background in AC/DC power supplies.
• Familiar with DC/DC converters or on-board power conversion.
• Capable of discussing customer-specific power solutions with engineering teams.
• Understanding of energy systems.
• Experience with charging systems and inverters.
