📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to gain insight into their business objectives

• Provide guidance to clients on optimal practices related to data licensing and compliance

• Align client business goals and needs with the capabilities of the DataBP platform

• Customize the application environment to meet the requirements of the exchange

• Convert business objectives into technical specifications for development

• Conduct user acceptance testing

• Support the planning and prioritization of configuration and development initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in exchange data licensing or reporting

• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities

• Dedication to customer satisfaction through proactive assistance and training

• Capability to work independently and remotely

• Experience in the market data or fintech sector is advantageous

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

• Confident and comfortable leading client-facing meetings
