This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive the performance of quick service restaurants across the Midlands.
• Lead by coaching and developing Area Coaches through others.
• Ensure that restaurants consistently provide an outstanding experience for guests and staff.
• Take full responsibility for the financial, operational, and personnel performance of the market.
• Translate QSR strategy into actionable steps, identify growth opportunities, and enhance capability for sustained success.
• Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders while representing the QSR division.
• Foster a guest-first mindset across the market, ensuring high standards in product quality, service, cleanliness, speed, and accuracy.
• Utilize KFC Listens and Success Routines to pinpoint opportunities, create action plans, and drive ongoing improvement.
• Guide Area Coaches in problem-solving to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop Area Coaches, including performance management, collaborating with People and senior leadership.
• Oversee the training, certification, and development of restaurant management teams, including RGM, ARGM, and Team Leaders.
• Collaborate with HRBP to implement the bench plan, strengthen succession, and address key vacancies.
• Take full P&L responsibility, driving sales and managing product, labor, and other controllable costs.
• Establish market strategy, oversee the overall budget, and approve operating expenditures within established guidelines.
• Balance financial performance with guest and people priorities using commercial insights.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety legislation and comply with QSR and Splendid Hospitality Group policies, audits, and operational routines.
• Lead Period Business Reviews and Market Meetings, utilizing performance insights to agree on priorities and actions.
• Cultivate relationships across Operations and broader stakeholders, representing the QSR division and supporting strategic projects.
• Proven capability to influence senior leaders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, leveraging insights and data to drive change and enhance market performance.
• Action-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage complex processes.
• Ability to lead with integrity and empathy, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture through coaching and empowerment.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Experience in managing large teams and operational processes while ensuring consistent performance.
