Manufacturing Solution Analyst – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Establish partnerships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external collaborators to comprehend business requirements and facilitate manufacturing technology solutions.

• Assist in the deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Global Manufacturing Information Systems across production sites.

• Collect and analyze business requirements while assessing solution alternatives.

• Work alongside developers to ensure that solutions align with both business and technical necessities.

• Spot opportunities to enhance, automate, and optimize manufacturing processes through technological and system improvements.

• Record business processes, workflows, system specifications, and user, operational, and technical documentation.

• Define, test, and implement application upgrades, new functionalities, and system enhancements.

• Provide training and ongoing assistance to end users.

• Contribute to global initiatives and disseminate knowledge among team members.

• Engage in system support and participate in occasional 24x7 on-call responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in Information Technology, business systems support, manufacturing operations, or a related area.

• Background in supporting manufacturing systems or applications.

• Proficient in English, possessing strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating efficiently in a global team setting.

• Availability for occasional 24x7 on-call support as needed.
