Manufacturing Execution System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Convert manufacturing requirements into MES solutions, ensuring precise integration between SAP and MES.

• Assist with configuration and testing processes.

• Offer continuous production support and drive ongoing improvements.

• Enhance the MES environment to guarantee seamless connectivity with SAP and other enterprise systems.

• Serve as a vital link between business stakeholders and the IT department.

• Ensure that planning requirements are accurately reflected in SAP-based solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over five (5) years of experience in implementing MES systems.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience within the manufacturing sector.

• Familiarity with S4 and/or possession of a professional certification.

• Preferred experience in participating in organizational change management.

• Knowledge of MES systems such as SAP ME/MII, Siemens Opcenter, Wonderware/AVEVA, DELMIA Apriso, or similar.

• Proficient in SAP integration techniques: BAPI, IDoc, RFCs, SAP MII, and SAP Plant Connectivity.

• Experience with databases and analytics: SQL, relational databases, and data mapping.

• Expertise in automation and shop-floor systems: PLCs, SCADA, IoT sensors, and OPC UA connectivity.

• Programming/scripting experience in languages such as Python, Java, VBScript, or similar for MES configuration or automation.

• Familiarity with or certification in process improvement methodologies: Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, OEE analysis, and workflow optimization.

• Experience as a power user of SAP’s BDC tools, including Datasphere, SAC, BW, or similar.
