This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Transform unedited footage into captivating video advertisements for direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands.

• Edit and enhance user-generated content ads, image advertisements, and Video Sales Letters (VSLs).

• Utilize After Effects for motion design, creating dynamic text animations, refined product visuals, and improved conversion rates.

• Develop impactful hooks within the initial two seconds (yes, we monitor this).

• Contribute innovative concepts — going beyond just publishing content.

• Collaborate with our team of strategists, creators, and coffee lovers.

• Export videos to ensure they appear stunning on all devices (even the older company tablet...)

• Proven experience in video editing specifically for direct-to-consumer e-commerce.

• Proficient in working with user-generated content ads, image advertisements, and VSL editing.

• Strong expertise in After Effects.

• An instinct for motion design that encompasses timing, storytelling, and the ability to discern why a particular ad resonates.

• A passion for performance marketing that rivals your appreciation for clean keyframes.
