Managing Partner, Procurement Systems – Delivery

📋 Description

• Modali Consulting is on the lookout for a senior operating executive to spearhead and enhance its procurement systems implementation and consulting delivery organization.

• The Managing Partner, Procurement Systems & Delivery will take on enterprise-level responsibility for client delivery, technical governance, delivery economics, talent development, and operational discipline throughout the firm's implementation portfolio.

• Hold executive accountability for delivery across all implementation, advisory, PMO, integration, data migration, testing, cutover, hypercare, and managed-services engagements.

• Provide executive oversight for Ivalua implementations across the source-to-pay domains, encompassing supplier management, sourcing, contracting, procurement, invoicing, risk, analytics, and related workflows.

• Manage delivery forecasting, project economics, gross margin, utilization, staffing mix, subcontractor utilization, backlog conversion, and capacity planning.

• Lead and nurture directors, project managers, architects, functional leaders, technical leaders, consultants, and delivery support personnel.

• Enhance Modali's Ivalua implementation methodology, delivery assets, accelerators, reusable components, quality standards, and certification strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally, 15 or more years of progressive experience in enterprise software implementation, management consulting, procurement transformation, ERP, source-to-pay, or related technology services.

• Significant leadership experience overseeing a consulting practice, business unit, delivery portfolio, or multi-client implementation organization.

• Proven accountability for project economics, delivery quality, staffing, forecasting, utilization, margin, and client escalation.

• Experience in leading multiple concurrent, complex enterprise implementations that involve integrations, data migration, testing, change management, and production deployment.

• Strong executive presence with clients and the capability to communicate effectively with C-suite, procurement, finance, technology, legal, security, and public-sector stakeholders.

• A successful track record in recruiting, developing, and retaining consulting leaders and specialized delivery talent.

• Demonstrated commercial acumen, including proposal shaping, implementation estimation, change control, account expansion, and risk-based decision-making.

• Direct leadership experience with Ivalua is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with enterprise application architecture, integration patterns, APIs, middleware, identity and access management, data migration, security roles, release management, testing, and production support.

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise ERP environments is strongly preferred.

• Experience in public-sector, regulated industries, or complex governance environments is preferred.
