This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the final editorial reviewer for client-facing materials across all accounts.
• Create and develop high-quality B2B content, such as articles, reports, thought leadership pieces, messaging frameworks, PR materials, and other communication assets.
• Oversee the content briefing, planning, production, and review processes from beginning to end.
• Manage content workflows, assignments, timelines, and quality control across various projects and accounts.
• Establish and uphold editorial guidelines, templates, style guides, and review frameworks.
• Collaborate directly with clients and account teams to ensure content aligns with strategic goals.
• Mentor writers and offer constructive feedback to enhance writing quality and consistency.
• Recognize opportunities to elevate content quality, streamline workflows, and foster team collaboration.
• Promote the responsible use of AI tools to boost productivity while upholding editorial standards.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in B2B writing and editing.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a marketing, communications, or PR agency setting.
• Direct writing and editing experience across at least three of the following sectors: aviation/travel technology, loyalty, payments/fintech, retail technology, and sustainability.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Experience in producing long-form B2B content, including articles, reports, white papers, thought leadership, and executive materials.
• Proven experience in managing content production workflows and handling multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Familiarity with project management systems and content collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
