This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and execute a holistic vision for the omnichannel practice that aligns with the strategic goals of the company.
• Analyze market trends and client demands to design service offerings that foster growth and establish differentiation.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, developing a deep understanding of their needs and translating these into customized service solutions.
• Leverage personal network to secure and manage a $3 million annual portfolio; formulate comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue objectives, deliver persuasive presentations, and lead contract negotiations to finalize business agreements.
• Produce thought leadership to take advantage of industry trends and create innovative solutions and capabilities.
• Evaluate client organizational readiness for omnichannel transformation and propose frameworks for capability enhancement.
• Assist clients in forming governance structures, establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and creating cross-functional collaboration models to facilitate omnichannel engagement.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related business field; Advanced degree in Life Sciences and/or MBA is preferred.
• Experience: Over 10 years in management consulting, advisory, and/or digital strategy specifically within Life Sciences.
• Proven track record of successfully selling, delivering, and expanding consulting revenues, with sourced sales exceeding $3 million in the past 2-3 years.
• In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance concerning omnichannel engagement.
• Extensive familiarity with digital platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and omnichannel engagement technologies.
• Skills: Executive presence.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities, both verbal and written.
• Ability to utilize external networks to enhance market positioning.
• Skilled in identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities.
• Capable of leading client engagements and managing accounts effectively.
• Proficient in attracting, retaining, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Ability to establish trust with clients at all levels, from Directors to C-suite executives.
• Must possess a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in CRM software, project management tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite (demonstrated expertise in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Must be able to manage personal work-life balance and mentor team members accordingly.
• Capable of leading complex engagements while demonstrating exceptional practice-building and client relationship management skills.
