• As a Managing Consultant at Guidehouse, you will act as a strategic leader and a trusted advisor, driving client success through clear vision, effective execution, and mentorship.
• In this position, you will oversee revenue integrity consulting projects, assist clients in operational transformation, and ensure the achievement of measurable financial results.
• We are looking for a Manager to spearhead client engagements centered on Revenue Integrity, charge capture, charge reconciliation, and optimization of Epic EHR.
• The Manager will apply a data-driven methodology to assess the entirety of a client’s revenue integrity operations — pinpointing trends, benchmarking performance, and identifying root causes of revenue loss or inefficiency.
• Utilizing these insights, the Manager will formulate and supervise the implementation of comprehensive recommendations that may involve enhancements in people, processes, and technology.
• The Manager will guarantee that recommendations are both strategic and actionable, aligning operational execution with organizational goals and measurable outcomes in both hospital and professional charging contexts.
• As a Senior Consultant in Revenue Integrity, you will use your expertise to boost financial performance, ensure compliance, and refine charge capture processes across both hospital and professional billing environments.
• The Senior Consultant will collaborate with healthcare clients to evaluate current-state charge capture operations, leverage data to uncover patterns and trends that highlight areas for financial or operational improvement, and create actionable, evidence-based recommendations.
• These recommendations may encompass enhancements across people, processes, and technology — from redesigning workflows and refining staff roles to improving system configurations and reporting capabilities.
• A Bachelor's degree is required for the Managing Consultant position.
• Over 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a focus on optimization and performance improvement.
• At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or project management.
• Proven ability to present effectively to large audiences, both externally and within the practice.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational process improvements and change management for revenue cycle optimization initiatives within hospitals or health systems.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in data manipulation and analysis using Excel.
• A Bachelor's degree is required for the Senior Consultant position.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a focus on optimization and performance improvement.
• At least 3 years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or project management.
• Proven ability to effectively present to large groups, both externally and within the practice.
• Proven track record in driving operational process improvements and change management for revenue cycle optimization projects within hospitals or health systems.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in data manipulation and analysis using Excel.
