⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in clinical performance improvement consulting or over 10 years in the industry

• A Bachelor's Degree in health or a related discipline from an accredited institution is mandatory

• Relevant licensure or certification(s) are required

• Advanced skills in data analytics and benchmarking tools are essential

• Proven leadership and project management capabilities

• Comprehensive operational knowledge of various procedural departments including the Operating Room, PACU, and Ambulatory Surgery
