This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement the educational strategy across regional Professional and Commercial Education teams for JJMT Electrophysiology hardware and software.
• Collaborate with global and regional education teams to create globally relevant training for New Product Introductions and New Employee Training.
• Work alongside product leaders and commercial business executives to translate marketing strategies into global educational experiences.
• Develop and provide launch training strategies and curriculum following the Launch Excellence process.
• Promote best-practice sharing with EdTech and commercial business leaders.
• Utilize curriculum design standards to ensure globally consistent educational experiences.
• Document regional needs and best practices, sharing insights with EdTech strategy and design leaders.
• Partner with regional LMS administration for content mapping and management.
• Guarantee adherence to global learning digital, communication, and digital asset library strategies.
• Convert technical content from Medical Science, Marketing, Clinical, Sales, and R&D into impactful learning experiences.
• Lead initial product training sessions and Train the Trainer activities.
• Oversee copy reviews and content expiration to maintain up-to-date materials.
• Establish performance indicators to assess training effectiveness.
• Comply with project-level budgets.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3 years of experience in the Medical Device industry or a related field.
• 3 years in cardiac electrophysiology, with expertise in 3D mapping and/or intracardiac ultrasound.
• Alternatively, 3 years in learning and development can be considered in place of electrophysiology experience.
• Ability to comprehend business strategy and translate it into educational solutions that support business objectives.
• Leadership skills to engage and collaborate with global JJMT EP professionals.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
• Capability to manage a diverse range of assets across multiple functions.
• Proficiency in communicating strategies and standards across functions and to US and OUS associates.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed, up to 25%.
• Ability to work in a hospital lab environment may be required during prelaunch and launch activities.
• Preferred: experience in regional Commercial Education training deployment.
• Preferred: experience in OUS marketplace or with OUS teams.
• Preferred: collaboration experience with medical technology sales or marketing.
• Preferred: proven track record in vendor resource management.
• Preferred: formal training and certification in Instructional Design or a curriculum design portfolio.
• Preferred: knowledge of Learning Management Systems management, strategic planning, needs assessment, adult learning, and cost/benefit analysis.
• Skills in strategy development and execution.
• Proficient in curriculum design and training facilitation.

• Creative and practical problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility for long-term incentive programs.
• Vacation entitlement of 120 hours per calendar year.
• Sick time of 40 hours per calendar year; 48 hours for employees in Colorado; 56 hours for employees in Washington.
