This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for conducting interviews, hiring, and onboarding new members of the team.
• Effectively communicate job expectations to team members, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and demonstrate proficiency in their roles.
• Supervise and proactively manage each team member's performance, emphasizing quality, productivity, and alignment with Included Health's core values.
• Conduct regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings with team members, including mid-year and annual performance reviews.
• Held accountable for achieving team objectives, goals, and service standards.
• Monitor workflow performance to guarantee the team meets the needs of clinicians and patients.
• Act as a point of escalation for questions or clarifications regarding workflows and complex cases.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional development within the team.
• Promote team engagement and retention.
• Assess and modify daily staffing levels and assignments in accordance with workload requirements.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse with good standing in the current state of licensure.
• Over 5 years of clinical experience (prior experience in primary or ambulatory care settings and telehealth experience is highly preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in people management within a clinical environment.
