This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and articulate value propositions for prospects and customers.
• Take responsibility for the comprehensive customer value journey, which includes onboarding, expanding, adopting, and renewing accounts.
• Translate the strategic objectives of customers into impactful Celonis use cases and promote Process Intelligence among prospects and customers.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and Celonis executives to convey value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-Level executives.
• Act as an executive sponsor for the customer portfolio, establishing Celonis as a key business transformation platform for our clients.
• Create and expand value across the portfolio.
• Guide customers through the Celonis Value Journey, assist in deploying new features, applications, and products across the customer base, and drive strategic growth initiatives aimed at value creation.
• Ensure customer success by designing improvement strategies and managing change within the customer base, while innovating new methodologies within Celonis’ Value Engineering organization.
• Lead Celonis Value Engineering, Services, and Ecosystem resources through the Celonis Customer Value Journey, generating lasting value for our customers.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic customer relationships as an executive sponsor.
• Organize QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and EBRs (Executive Business Reviews) to present outcomes and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.
• Recruit the next generation of Celonis Value Engineers, maintaining a high standard for candidate excellence.
• Foster world-class talent through active engagement, continuous feedback, and mentorship.
• Exemplify Celonis Leadership Principles (lead with purpose, facilitate greatness, embrace differences, and cultivate balance).
• Efficiently allocate Celonis resources to achieve company goals in sales, renewals, value, and adoption.
• Proactively communicate successes and risks within the organization.
• Domain Expertise: Showcase your expertise in business domains such as Finance or Supply Chain, complemented by experience in strategic transformation initiatives (e.g., Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation) and the capacity to develop a compelling value roadmap for customers.
• Industry Expertise: Possess a profound understanding of industry trends in the Public Sector and Government Agencies, along with the strategic challenges faced by department leaders and C-Suite executives.
• Product Expertise: Experience in guiding customer IT teams throughout their Celonis Process Intelligence journey, demonstrating the effectiveness of Process Intelligence and a proven track record of accelerating value realization by creating dashboards, apps, and action flows.
• Project Management: Capable of planning and managing project scope, expectations, and timelines while leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem as needed.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: Proficient in preparing and communicating results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.
• Value Selling Methodology: Experience in applying the Celonis value selling methodology throughout the customer journey, including discovery, qualification, value assessment, and proof of value (PoVs), while showcasing the full value potential of Celonis Process Intelligence.
• Value Realization: A proven history of identifying and prioritizing use cases, implementing improvement measures, and acting as a change agent for customers by establishing operating models and training users to realize value and renew/expand their subscriptions with Celonis.
• Sales & Commercial Acumen: Ability to qualify all Value Engineering engagements, conduct customer discovery directly, efficiently allocate resources, and advocate for our value selling methodology with customers.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead by example, being actively involved with your teams, hands-on in all aspects, and serving as a role model for the organization.
• Communication Skills: Native or near-native fluency in both English and German (written and verbal).
