This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Recruit, onboard, and cultivate a dynamic Package Sales Team.
• Oversee daily operations in the field to surpass Sales Goals.
• Create engaging, ongoing training initiatives to promote performance and accountability.
• Monitor and assess sales performance — and take decisive actions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication abilities and demonstrated leadership experience.
• A history of Dependability, Accountability, and Performance.
• Management/supervisory experience along with 2+ years in the timeshare sector.
• Previous experience with Wyndham is highly advantageous!
• Proven success in Mini Vac package sales.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with Apple products and payment systems.
