This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Recruit, onboard, and cultivate a dynamic Package Sales Team.
• Oversee daily operations in the field to surpass sales targets.
• Create invigorating, ongoing training initiatives to enhance performance and accountability.
• Evaluate and analyze sales performance, taking decisive actions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication abilities and demonstrated leadership experience.
• A history of reliability, accountability, and high performance.
• Management or supervisory experience, with over 2 years in the timeshare sector.
• Previous experience with Wyndham is a significant advantage!
• Proven success in Mini Vac package sales.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays — as travel is never on pause!
• Proficient with Apple products and payment systems.
