This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
β’ Take ownership of and enhance the Talent Acquisition systems roadmap, encompassing ATS, sourcing tools, scheduling solutions, analytics, and workflow automation.
β’ Ensure that our systems are configured for scalability, seamless integration, and a high-quality experience for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
β’ Transition our function from mere tool administration to a more strategic systems architecture approach.
β’ Discover, test, and expand AI and automation opportunities throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
β’ Encourage the team to question traditional practices and rethink manual processes through the use of technology.
β’ Convert recruiter challenges into actionable solutions that enhance speed, quality, and consistency.
β’ Assess the decision to purchase external tools versus creating lighter internal solutions or workflows.
β’ Conduct vendor evaluations with a keen focus on ROI, usability, security, integration, and long-term compatibility.
β’ Provide clear recommendations on what to retain, optimize, consolidate, or discontinue within the TA tech stack.
β’ Lead initiatives aimed at reducing administrative workloads and increasing recruiter efficiency.
β’ Collaborate with recruiting leaders to pinpoint friction points in the funnel and address them at the systems or workflow level.
β’ Pay special attention to areas where automation can enhance scalability, elevate service levels, and minimize rework.
β’ Act as the primary Talent Acquisition Operations liaison for teams such as HR Operations, IT, Security, Procurement, Finance, and Legal.
β’ Spearhead cross-functional change management related to systems, processes, and tooling decisions.
β’ Contribute to defining the future scope of Talent Operations and the structuring of work across the team.
β’ Mentor and develop members of the talent operations team while establishing clear ownership, priorities, and accountability.
β’ Over 6 years of experience in Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, People Systems, HR Technology, or a related field.
β’ Proven experience in owning or significantly influencing ATS strategy, recruiting systems, vendor assessments, and process automation.
β’ Strong technical proficiency with recruiting tools, system integrations, AI agent development, workflow design, and reporting.
β’ Documented success in evaluating and implementing new technologies, particularly AI-enabled tools.
β’ Excellent business acumen with the ability to assess cost, complexity, scalability, and ROI effectively.
β’ Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes through data and structured reasoning.
β’ Experience managing or mentoring team members and facilitating functional evolution during periods of change.
