This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, develop, and manage strategic alliances with organizations that possess strong relationships within the healthcare operator ecosystem, including healthcare REITs, healthcare-focused law firms, technology vendors, consultants, advisory firms, and industry associations.
• Oversee the complete partnership lifecycle: sourcing and prioritizing potential partners, constructing the business case, leading outreach and discovery, negotiating partnership frameworks, coordinating internal stakeholders, launching partnerships, and monitoring performance over time.
• Develop partnership models that create mutual value, including referrals, co-marketing, strategic introductions, integrations, channel partnerships, and other innovative commercial arrangements.
• Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other industry events where strategic partner connections can be fostered.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Product, and Leadership to ensure partnerships are commercially beneficial, operationally feasible, and aligned with company objectives.
• Gather market feedback to inform our strategy, positioning, product opportunities, and customer acquisition initiatives.
• 4+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, sales, growth, healthcare, healthcare technology, healthcare services, staffing, real estate, consulting, or a related field.
• Established relationships in healthcare services, real estate, technology, or related adjacent industries.
• Proficient in sourcing, structuring, and managing commercial relationships.
• Comfortable operating in uncertainty and building a function, playbook, or channel from the ground up.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
• Proven capability to build trust with senior external stakeholders while balancing relationship-building with measurable commercial outcomes.
