This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Manage large and intricate Strategic Advisory Services projects, providing support to a dedicated project team and interacting with executive-level individuals from various industry sectors.
• Supervise the daily operations of the Strategic Advisory Services practice.
• Serve as the primary liaison for coordinating Strategic Advisory Services initiatives, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Act as the first point of contact for addressing any issues that may arise during the delivery of our services.
• Maintain and advocate for the highest standards of quality across all our Strategic Advisory Service offerings.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to a team of highly skilled, high-performing consultants.
• Recruit, train, and develop new consultants.
• Create, refine, and uphold tools, processes, and methodologies that enable us to consistently deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with CrowdStrike leadership to devise strategic plans for the Strategic Advisory Services practice that align with organizational goals.
• Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in several of the following areas:
• Leadership of teams within a matrixed consulting environment.
• IT / Security Management Consulting: experience in leadership roles and managing relationships with organizational executives as a management or technical consultant.
• Security Program Development: involvement in the creation, management, and implementation of security programs, assisting organizations in developing, enhancing, or recalibrating their plans for a forward-looking security strategy.
• Security Analysis / Operations: leadership or key delivery roles in organizations or teams focused on organizational security.
• Business Strategy / Risk Analysis: experience in assisting businesses in addressing a variety of risks, including cyber risks, across their operations.
• Cybersecurity Policy: responsibility for developing new policies or improving existing ones that guide how private or government organizations conduct and manage their cybersecurity activities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, particularly in dynamic professional settings.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse range of clients and team members.
• Capable of executing complex tasks involving strategic analysis and development autonomously.
• Eagerness to enhance and expand cyber aptitude, technical knowledge, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management capabilities, including the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements, up to 30% of the time, often with less than three weeks’ notice.
