This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Engineers while promoting a collaborative, high-performing, and customer-focused atmosphere.

• Strategically collaborate with Hightouch Account Executives throughout the customer journey, providing customized demonstrations and customer Proof of Concepts (POCs) according to established requirements.

• Cultivate extensive technical domain knowledge in Data Activation, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks), and integration platforms across diverse sectors including financial services, retail, SaaS, and similar businesses.

• Take responsibility for delivering an outstanding customer experience during the new revenue pilot and closing stages.

• Interact with customers on a daily basis to thoroughly understand their data activation requirements and design sophisticated solutions that maximize the potential of the Hightouch platform.

• Create, develop, and maintain top-tier playbooks, demonstration environments, and additional resources to ensure successful and efficient POCs and technical validations.

• Work collaboratively with Account Executives and Product Managers to recognize and advocate for customer-specific feature requests and product improvements.

• Lead strategic efforts to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of the Solutions Engineering team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical foundation with previous experience working directly with clients in a pre-sales or post-sales role to meet business goals, ideally in the data or SaaS sectors.

• Demonstrated history of effectively leading, managing, and developing technical teams.

• Previous experience in developing with SQL, Python, JavaScript, and/or working with APIs for data integration.

• Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud data platforms, or similar industries in a technical role with direct customer engagement.

• A proven history as a self-starter, highly driven to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in the field with clients.

• Excellent presentation skills with a strong level of technical credibility when engaging with both executive stakeholders and frontline engineers.

• High degree of comfort and proficiency in effective communication across varied internal and external organizations, including cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and engineering teams.

• Intellectual curiosity, strong empathy for customer issues, and the ability to operate swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
