Manager, Solutions Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assists in the delivery of established and on-demand analytics solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturers.

• Performs data analysis and quality assurance to support client deliverables.

• Creates dashboards, reports, and presentation materials that adhere to product standards.

• Recognizes key performance indicators and trends within defined analytical frameworks.

• Guarantees the documentation and reproducibility of analytical processes.

• Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance methodologies and templates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required (in Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, or Informatics).

• Advanced coursework in quantitative or analytical fields is preferred (such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or Informatics).

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consulting, pharmaceutical services, data delivery, or client engagement leadership.

• Experience with large datasets in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is preferred.
