📋 Description

• Recruit and onboard new Solutions Consultants.

• Responsible for training and guiding team members.

• Assist the field Solutions Consultant team with evaluations.

• Establish development plans for team members.

• Foster relationships with key customers.

• Act as the expert for customers at all levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager.

• Background as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist.

• In-depth knowledge of security product market trends.

• Understanding of comprehensive security solutions.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in English.
