Manager, Solutions Architecture – Five9 CCaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead technical pre-sales discussions from initial discovery through to solution design, including demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical workshops.

• Develop comprehensive contact center architectures utilizing the capabilities of the Five9 platform to fulfill customer requirements.

• Work closely with sales and delivery teams to define, estimate, and propose solutions throughout the sales process while offering technical guidance during customer interactions.

• Produce detailed solution architectures and technical documentation for complex client environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting within cloud technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of Five9 and cloud contact center technologies.

• Experience with CRM systems, omni-channel customer engagement platforms, and contact center operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
