Manager – Software Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create high-quality services utilizing Java/Spring Boot or Python microservices.

• Oversee architectural decisions related to microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and cloud components.

• Offer guidance and conduct reviews for implementations using React + TypeScript.

• Analyze complex production challenges and drive optimization efforts.

• Enhance engineering productivity by advocating for AI-assisted development tools.

• Mentor developers at varying stages of their careers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12–15 years of substantial software engineering experience.

• Profound knowledge in either Java + Spring Boot or Python microservices (FastAPI/Flask/Django).

• Experience in designing scalable and fault-tolerant microservices.

• Proficient in reviewing and guiding frontend development (React + TypeScript).

• Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud deployments, and observability tools.

• Strong grasp of automation frameworks, API/UI testing, and quality governance practices.
