Manager, Software Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the technical architecture for Salesforce and Node.js platforms

• Taking full responsibility for the execution and delivery of development projects

• Enhancing and managing the performance of developers within the team, with direct accountability for results

• Accelerating development speed and eliminating obstacles

• Setting clear engineering standards and ensuring accountability

• Leading the training and onboarding of Node.js developers into Salesforce, which includes a 1–2 month ramp-up period with hands-on guidance and technical oversight

• Collaborating closely with the CEO and leadership team to align on priorities and execution

• Directly supervising and mentoring developers rather than merely coordinating efforts through multiple layers

• Making final technical decisions when necessary to prevent execution delays

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software development

• Extensive Salesforce experience at an architectural level

• Demonstrated experience as a technical architect

• Strong practical experience with Node.js in production environments

• Experience in managing developers and taking responsibility for project delivery

• Capability to design and manage comprehensive system architecture

• A strong ownership mindset with a focus on execution
