Manager, Software Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the technical architecture of Salesforce and Node.js platforms

• Complete ownership of the development process from execution to delivery

• Enhancing and managing developer performance within the team, with direct responsibility for outcomes

• Accelerating development speed and eliminating obstacles

• Setting clear engineering standards and ensuring accountability

• Leading the training and onboarding of Node.js developers into Salesforce (anticipated ramp-up of 1–2 months), which includes providing hands-on guidance and technical supervision

• Collaborating directly with the CEO and leadership team to align on priorities and execution

• Actively managing and mentoring developers, rather than merely coordinating through layers

• Making conclusive technical decisions when necessary to prevent execution delays

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software development

• Extensive Salesforce experience at the architectural level

• Demonstrated experience as a technical architect

• Strong practical experience with Node.js in production environments

• Experience in managing developers and being accountable for project delivery

• Capability to design and oversee end-to-end system architecture

• Strong ownership mentality with an emphasis on execution
