This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of configuring and continuously optimizing Adaptive models, which encompass dimensions, levels, hierarchies, attributes, versions, and assumptions.
• Manage and provide support for modeled and cube sheets, which includes developing advanced formulas (lookups, allocations, driver-based logic).
• Oversee Data Agent processes and integrations; coordinate data flows, refresh schedules, and dependencies.
• Be responsible for data mapping tables, transformations, and reconciliation controls; proactively monitor, triage, and resolve data load exceptions.
• Maintain and enhance alternative reporting hierarchies to cater to the evolving business and management reporting requirements.
• Design, create, and support Dashboards, Hubs, and Reporting solutions utilizing HTML reporting and OfficeConnect.
• Manage role-based security, including access provisioning, periodic reviews, and adherence to governance standards.
• Collaborate with IT and EDW teams on schema modifications, performance tuning, and data lineage; document interfaces, dependencies, and SLAs.
• Assist in forecast, budget, and commit cycles, including version management, locks, workflow configuration, and calendar orchestration by working alongside the Finance team to ensure timely version creation & management, updating assumptions, and loading source data.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data by performing tie-outs to the consolidation system; investigate and resolve mapping and timing discrepancies.
• Create and maintain documentation, including playbooks, SOPs, data dictionaries, and cutover/runbook materials.
• Lead user enablement through training sessions, office hours, and continuous support; provide Tier 2/3 issue resolution.
• Promote ongoing improvement of the Adaptive platform, focusing on scalability, performance optimization, and increased enterprise adoption.
• Facilitate the expansion of Adaptive to non-finance users by providing standardized reporting, dashboards, and governed self-service capabilities.
• Collaborate with FP&A and business stakeholders to convert planning and reporting requirements into scalable system design.
• Support audit and compliance needs, including change management, access controls, and documentation readiness.
• Administer the FCCS application: manage monthly setup, forms, reports, and FX.
• Maintain FCCS metadata, hierarchies, security roles, and consolidation rules.
• Supervise close cycles; monitor integrations, validate data loads, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Configure Data Exchange & Data Management workflows and mappings.
• Develop Smart View reports and assist with statutory reporting.
• Automate processes using EPM Automate and REST APIs.
• 5 years of experience in Adaptive Planning Configuration & Administration.
• Proven ability and experience in administering a production environment.
• 5 years of experience with Oracle FCCS, Oracle Cloud EPM Applications, and HFM.
• Experience in Data Management, Data Exchange, EPM Automate, and automation scripting.
• Practical experience in managing integrations, automation, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
• Strong comprehension of general accounting principles, financial consolidation, and planning.
