This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and implement the technical SEO strategy across Resident's brand portfolio.
• Integrate SEO best practices into new templates, components, site migrations, product launches, and experiments prior to their launch.
• Manage on-page SEO for product detail pages (PDPs), product listing pages (PLPs), content hubs, comparison pages, category pages, buying guides, landing pages, and editorial content.
• Develop and execute internal linking strategies that enhance crawl efficiency, topical authority, product discovery, and customer journeys.
• Establish and monitor SEO KPIs — organic sessions, rankings, impressions, CTR, revenue contribution, non-brand growth, technical health, indexation, crawl efficiency, and AI/citation visibility.
• Create scalable SEO frameworks that can be consistently applied across Resident brands, Ashley portfolio brands, and Newton Baby.
• Over 5 years of progressive, hands-on experience in SEO, covering technical SEO, on-page optimization, content SEO, ecommerce SEO, or organic growth.
• Extensive, practical knowledge of technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, JavaScript rendering, structured data, canonicals, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, and page performance.
• Significant experience managing on-page optimization across ecommerce and content settings, including keyword research, metadata, headings, schema, FAQs, content briefs, internal linking, content refreshes, and cannibalization analysis.
• Proficient in using Google Search Console, GA4, BigQuery, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Botify, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, Profound, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex technical SEO concepts for non-technical audiences.
• You are proactive, consistently identifying opportunities and risks without prompting. You have a commercial mindset, understanding the connection between SEO, revenue, conversion, product discovery, and brand growth.
• Experience with ecommerce SEO, multi-brand websites, marketplace visibility, product feeds, or product-led organic growth is highly preferred.
