This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Leads a team of Shure Sales Development Specialists by creating strategic plans to meet and surpass annual sales targets for all Shure product lines.
• Evaluates team performance against this plan using key performance indicators, coaching them to enhance the customer experience while embodying Shure’s Core Values.
• Directly manages key accounts, formulating and executing a forward-thinking business plan based on a deep understanding of our end-user needs that align with brand strategy.
• Cultivates a thorough knowledge of key accounts and maintains personal relationships with essential dealers.
• Assesses dealer programs regarding performance against goals.
• Identifies areas of both concern and success, proposing action plans to enhance performance.
• Collaborates closely with Regional Sales leaders, B2B sellers, and members of the marketing team to establish a robust sales pipeline and execute coordinated sales efforts.
• Monitors territory profit margins and plans strategically to meet or exceed division objectives.
• Develops and implements an efficient schedule of sales meetings, promotional and product planning, trade shows, clinics, business meetings, and cross-functional collaborative efforts.
• Plans and monitors budgets in accordance with fiscal year objectives.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in sales management.
• Familiarity with the contemporary retail landscape in assigned territories.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM/CSP is advantageous.
• Capable of leading collaborative efforts among project team members.
• Possesses collaborative and consultative skills to influence individuals across multiple functional areas.
• Able to engage with senior management or executive levels on issues related to functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.
• Demonstrates thought leadership.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and organized, with outstanding follow-up abilities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
• Must reside in the region.
• Expected to travel approximately 50% of the time.
