This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, seek out, and cultivate new revenue opportunities within the Critical Power/UPS sector.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to proposal creation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create pricing strategies, service offerings, and tailored proposals for clients.
• Supervise the preparation and submission of RFP responses, quotes, presentations, bids, and marketing collateral.
• Analyze customer needs and align Pearce services and capabilities to fulfill operational and technical requirements.
• Review and convey contractual, technical, and commercial specifications internally to support effective bid strategies.
• Deliver high-quality presentations to customers and effectively communicate Pearce’s value proposition to executive audiences.
• Assist in formulating strategic sales plans aimed at enhancing market presence and fostering customer base growth.
• Engage in industry conferences, networking events, and customer interactions to promote Pearce services and elevate brand visibility.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, leadership, and subject matter experts to ensure successful solution development and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive actions within the Critical Power/UPS field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• A demonstrated history of generating new business, increasing revenue, and successfully closing complex sales deals.
• Experience in crafting and presenting customer proposals, RFPs, quotes, and sales presentations.
• Strong capability to articulate the company's value propositions clearly and effectively through various communication formats.
• Proven success in cross-functional and multi-division environments, collaborating with executives, operations teams, finance, and technical experts.
• Excellent negotiation abilities with a knack for guiding customer discussions towards contract completion.
• Proficient in interpreting customer needs and converting them into strategic service solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
• A self-driven, engaging, and proactive professional with outstanding organizational and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting while coordinating with teams across multiple time zones.
• Prior experience in industry events, networking, and customer engagement activities is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, proposal development tools, and sales reporting platforms is preferred.
