Manager, Revenue Cycle Managed Services Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation, execution, and monitoring of compliance programs.

• Coordinate and facilitate internal audits as well as risk assessments.

• Track the progress of closing procedural gaps and implementing corrective actions.

• Develop and sustain documentation for compliance protocols and workflows.

• Collaborate with various teams to oversee compliance training and reporting efforts.

• Conduct training sessions to foster a culture of compliance within the organization.

• Support initiatives aimed at process improvement for enhanced service delivery and client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Over 5 years of experience in compliance, process improvement, or operations management.

• Familiarity with multiple EMR/EPM platforms and a solid understanding of healthcare workflows.

• Certification in compliance (e.g., CHC, CCEP) and/or process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).

• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications (CoPilot, PPT, Excel, etc.), compliance tools, and workflow automation platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
