Manager, Rev/Access Epic Product Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Epic Product Team dedicated to Revenue Cycle and Patient Access applications.

• Supervise daily operations, including the management of resources and performance evaluations.

• Ensure that products meet member needs and are in line with OCHIN's strategic goals.

• Foster relationships with members, leaders, and teams throughout OCHIN.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.

• At least one certification in the following applications is mandatory: Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, Prelude, or MyChart.

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive professional experience in a business service area within a healthcare and/or IT environment.

• At least three (3) years of supervisory experience or in leadership positions.

• Proven experience in leading Change Control and Design Review processes.

• Familiarity with Jira is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel - 5%-10%.
