Manager, Regulatory Intelligence

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee the Regulatory Intelligence function.

• Create and manage a comprehensive repository of regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with business units to understand and evaluate regulatory needs.

• Develop resources and toolkits related to regulatory compliance.

• Foster relationships with state regulatory agencies.

• Assist in preparing the organization for regulatory audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance.

• In-depth knowledge of consumer-directed services.

• Proven experience in interpreting complex regulatory guidance.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to design scalable processes.

• Knowledge of state-specific program requirements.
