Compliance Advertising Review Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the examination of all advertising and social media to ensure precision

• Partner with Retirement Plan Consultants, Wealth Management Advisors, and Marketing to create compliant advertisements

• Evaluate all advertising submissions for adherence to relevant rules and regulations

• Guarantee that all advertising materials accurately depict the firm's services, fees, and investment strategies

• Detect and resolve any misleading or deceptive information in marketing materials

• Maintain a consistent and efficient advertising review process

• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure proper archiving of the firm’s websites and social media accounts

• Raise compliance issues identified during the advertising review process

• Act as a Compliance Team Liaison for the Marketing Team and local office teams regarding all marketing-related concerns

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred)

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in advertising review within the financial services sector

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

• Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with internal teams

• Strong understanding of fiduciary governance principles

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce

• Experience with advertising-related and/or compliance-related systems such as Saifr, Hearsay, FMG Suite, Seismic, and/or MirrorWeb preferred

• Conversational proficiency in Spanish (preferred)
