Manager, Quality – Cell Therapy Site Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Supervise and direct the quality aspect of the onboarding process for commercial sites (Authorized Treatment Centers).

• Ensure a seamless, efficient, and high-quality onboarding experience.

• Guarantee that all commercial sites are ready for successful implementation and continuous operations.

• Collaborate with internal teams (account managers, case managers, MSLs, operations, and logistics) for a smooth transition.

• Develop and sustain an understanding of client expectations.

• Perform site assessments and audits to verify compliance with quality standards.

• Track onboarding progress and proactively resolve challenges or delays.

• Offer guidance and training to new commercial partners on systems and best practices.

• Gather and analyze feedback to enhance onboarding processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, project management, and/or quality assurance, ideally within biotech/bone marrow transplant/cell therapy (e.g. CAR-T).

• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build robust relationships with internal teams and external customers.

• Self-motivated individual who is highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in commercial site operations, healthcare administration, FACT, or similar industry experience is advantageous.

• Familiarity with project management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
