Manager, Provider Partnership Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee provider relationships within a designated region, acting as the main contact for assigned providers and ensuring robust, ongoing partnerships.

• Establish and nurture positive relationships with providers to foster engagement, retention, and growth within the assigned portfolio.

• Collaborate with internal teams to promptly and effectively address provider inquiries, concerns, and service requests.

• Assess provider satisfaction, feedback, and trends to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall provider experience.

• Elevate complex issues, risks, or barriers to the appropriate internal stakeholders for resolution and assistance.

• Assist with provider onboarding, communication, and outreach initiatives to guarantee that providers are well-informed and supported.

• Engage in provider meetings, events, and activities to strengthen relationships and promote organizational objectives.

• Monitor regional provider activity, feedback, and performance metrics to facilitate reporting and informed decision-making.

• Stay informed about organizational programs, services, and updates to provide accurate and consistent support to providers.

• Deliver regular updates, insights, and status reports to leadership concerning provider engagement and regional performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven success and a solid track record in professional/life experience related to specific job functions, projects, or industries.

• Military service can be considered in lieu of professional experience and/or formal educational qualifications.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in provider relations, account management, client services, partnership management, education services, or a similar field.

• Experience in managing or supporting external partner relationships within a service-oriented, educational, or public-sector environment.

• Preferred experience working with school districts, charter schools, education networks, or similarly complex stakeholder organizations.

• Background in supporting provider engagement, onboarding, retention, and satisfaction initiatives.

• Demonstrated capability in resolving provider issues by coordinating across internal teams and ensuring timely follow-through.

• Experience in analyzing feedback, operational data, and performance metrics to support reporting and enhancement initiatives.
