• The Project Management Manager position is accountable for the initiation of new reporting requirements.
• Continuous support for reports and data feeds that are currently operational.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to outline and document requirements for new reporting solutions.
• Work in tandem with technical report developers to assist in requirement clarification and solution design.
• Organize and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm that delivered solutions fulfill business and operational demands.
• Maintain existing production reports and extracts, which includes monitoring, issue coordination, and communication with stakeholders.
• 1–2 years of experience in supporting Medicare-related operations or programs.
• 1–3 years of experience in managing projects or initiatives and coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.
• Capability to learn the NextGen platform and comprehend available data models and reporting fields.
• Excellent facilitation skills, including the ability to lead meetings with business customers.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with both business stakeholders and technical report developers.
• Demonstrated capacity to deliver results and communicate successfully in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen attention to detail.
• Competence in managing multiple priorities and smoothly transitioning between tasks.
