Manager, Pricing & Data Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Lead the business intelligence initiatives and promote data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

• Serve as the Single Point of Accountability for the organization’s reporting framework.

• Oversee and enhance pricing analytics reporting while developing competitive assessments, customer segmentation, and price elasticity analyses.

• Create, develop, and sustain automated dashboards using Power BI or Tableau for the Sales, Operations, and Finance departments.

• Work in collaboration with the Supply Chain team to report on Inventory Velocity and evaluate Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in business analytics, pricing, or FP&A.

• Established history of serving as the "single point of accountability" for an organization's reporting.

• Extensive experience in margin analysis and pricing strategy development.

• Technical proficiency in developing complex dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and navigating ERP data structures (SQL, data modeling).

• Outstanding ability to convey technical insights to non-technical executive audiences.

• Advanced skills in Power BI/Tableau and Excel; experience with SQL and ETL processes is essential.
