This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Mentor Player Development Executives and VIP Hosts
• Provide top-tier services to VIP clientele
• Drive essential VIP sales performance indicators
• Participate in process improvement and compliance efforts
• Oversee reinvestment initiatives
• Support VIP leadership in crafting sales training programs
• Lead a high-achieving team
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing sectors
• At least 3 years of experience in managing a sales team
• Strong grasp of the product offerings
• Proven experience in team coaching
• Must be capable of obtaining and retaining necessary State Gaming Licenses
