This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary daily lead for the implementation of programs.
• Oversee a portfolio of mid- to large-scale K-12 partners across the region (US West, Central, or East).
• Direct a planned rhythm of implementation, ongoing account management, and cross-selling initiatives for partners within the assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development and Implementation teams to guide partners through the contracting and implementation phases.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the full range of SHP offerings.
• Offer first-tier support to partners utilizing SHP products and services.
• Ensure that school districts implement SHP programs effectively, manage district partnerships, and serve as the primary implementation contact for SHP partners.
• Collect, track, and document implementation success metrics at regular intervals; record these metrics along with all significant customer interactions.
• Follow established criteria for conducting partner success meetings tailored to specific market segments, ensuring alignment with partners' needs, goals, and objectives.
• Leverage extensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing customized solutions.
• Work in partnership with district and school leaders to assist partners in achieving key performance indicators focused on improving student well-being and safety.
• Keep abreast of regional trends that affect gun violence prevention practices.
• Collaborate with the Business Development and Implementation teams to adopt a partner-centric approach for ongoing support and training coordination.
• Assist and update district leaders on the implementation of Students Against Violence Everywhere (SAVE) Promise Club across their district.
• Collaborate with the grants and finance teams to ensure grant compliance and to monitor and track progress in accordance with grant policies and procedures.
• Possess a basic understanding of data literacy and a willingness to engage with and refer to data.
• Perform other duties as needed based on organizational requirements.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in response to change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, resourcefulness, entrepreneurial spirit, and the capability to work independently.
• Quick learner with advanced technological proficiency and a demonstrated ability to navigate complex digital systems for efficient partner onboarding and support.
• Experienced with Salesforce, data dashboards, and presentation tools utilized for virtual training, partner engagement, and implementation tracking.
• Strong command of the MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to work remotely and report through a decentralized staffing structure; prior experience in remote work is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated understanding of how the role and work contribute to the organization's mission.
• Familiarity with grant funding guidelines is a plus.
