This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership of the CRM innovation roadmap by pinpointing opportunities to enhance customer engagement, personalization, retention, and operational efficiency.
• Investigate, assess, and pilot new CRM, AI, automation, and customer engagement technologies that can deliver measurable business results.
• Develop and validate proof-of-concepts prior to allocating engineering resources for full-scale development.
• Collaborate with CRM, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to implement predictive models, personalization features, and advanced segmentation strategies.
• Spearhead experimentation initiatives to evaluate new CRM strategies, customer experiences, and technological solutions.
• Assist in evolving the CRM technology ecosystem, which includes platforms like Braze, Segment, Snowflake, Amplitude, dbt, Movable Ink, and other supporting technologies.
• Discover opportunities for workflow automation, campaign execution enhancement, and improved effectiveness of CRM programs.
• Convert innovative ideas into well-defined business cases, implementation strategies, and measurable success metrics.
• Keep abreast of industry trends in CRM, MarTech, AI, and personalization, introducing new concepts and capabilities to the organization.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Technology, Growth, Analytics, Product, or related roles focused on innovation.
• Comprehensive understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle marketing, personalization, segmentation, and experimentation.
• Practical experience with platforms such as Braze, Segment, Snowflake, Amplitude, dbt, Movable Ink, or similar technologies.
• Proficient SQL skills and the capability to analyze data independently and assess business opportunities.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Familiarity with AI, predictive modeling, personalization, and other advanced customer engagement functionalities.
• Knowledge of APIs, customer data platforms, event tracking, and modern marketing technology ecosystems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in terms of business value.
• Inquisitive, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments where innovation and experimentation are encouraged.
• Experience in gaming, sports betting, eCommerce, subscription businesses, or other high-volume consumer sectors is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python, automation tools, or data science workflows is an advantage.
