Manager, Paid Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance global paid search initiatives across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

• Formulate and implement strategies utilizing SEM and Performance Max (PMax) to optimize return on investment (ROI).

• Examine campaign data and provide insights to boost efficiency through various levers such as budgeting, audience targeting, bidding methods, and creative performance.

• Lead the testing of advanced Google Ads features, including PMax, AI Max, and smart bidding.

• Experiment and refine ad creatives, copy, keyword combinations, and landing pages to improve conversion ratios.

• Remain informed about global paid search trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to guide campaign strategy.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including analytics, creative, and regional marketing departments, to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Manage budgets effectively, ensuring that campaigns achieve KPIs while maximizing return on ad spend.

• Report on campaign performance, delivering clear insights and recommendations for optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of direct experience in managing paid search campaigns, ideally in a global context.

• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

• Demonstrated experience with Google Performance Max (PMax) is essential.

• Capability to work independently, proactively address challenges, and drive outcomes.

• Strong analytical abilities with experience using Tableau/Adobe Analytics, Google Ads reporting, and other performance measurement tools.

• Familiarity with bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and keyword research in a multi-market landscape.

• Experience with automation tools is an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills to present insights and collaborate with global teams.
