📋 Description

• Oversee MS Programs Processes and Tools

• Act as the Product Owner for program management processes and tools

• Manage software and team projects from conception through testing, launch, and maintenance

• Assist in the implementation of tools for programs via tailoring sessions, knowledge transfer, and communication planning

• Take the lead on Program Management process documentation and compliance

• Conduct Program Management PrOP Sector Quality Audits

• Collaborate with functional organizations to provide and update T3G resources

• Manage the PMX newsletter schedule

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience or a Master’s Degree with 6+ years of experience

• Proven track record of addressing highly complex problems

• Experience in a leadership role, including managing people in a cross-functional environment

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

• Knowledge of program management policies, processes, and tools

• Strong skills in project management

• High proficiency in the MS Office suite and SharePoint

• Must be a US Citizen
