Manager, Operations Performance and Data Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing analytics team.

• Spearhead the comprehensive analytical strategy and execution throughout the customer journey.

• Own and manage standardized reporting frameworks on both regional and global levels.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate modern analytics solutions.

• Oversee the regional Power BI environment and its governance.

• Supervise the integration of enterprise source systems into the reporting architecture.

• Work cross-functionally to consolidate data and provide actionable insights.

• Ensure reporting consistency by aligning regions with global frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in analytics or data strategy.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably with people management responsibilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, encompassing development, automation, and workspace governance.

• Strong skills in SQL (Oracle preferred) and Python for advanced analytics and automation tasks.

• Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact analytics teams and cross-functional projects.

• Basic knowledge of IT architecture, ETL processes, and data flows.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, effectively translating business requirements into data-driven solutions.

• Experience in delivering complex projects and presenting insights to varied audiences.

• Background in a multi-cultural global organization is preferred.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
