Manager, Offensive and Application Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Oversees and cultivates the Offensive and Application Security Team.

• Designs and conducts penetration testing or adversary simulation engagements.

• Manages a team that effectively communicates findings and strategies to client stakeholders.

• Mentors Red Team members, providing guidance on offensive security tactics and strategies.

• Directs the secure code review initiative to ensure compliance with security best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology – Cyber Security, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive experience with extensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering across various IT disciplines.

• Over 5 years of information security experience.

• More than 3 years of experience in penetration testing, red teaming, ethical hacking, application security, or similar management roles.

• Proven experience and understanding of adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures.
