This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Foster the growth of the Managed Medicaid channel by nurturing relationships with Managed Medicaid, AAA, CBO, PACE, and state case management agencies.
• Focus on assisting health plan and agency partners in implementing successful Medically Tailored Meal programs through effective account management and enhancing understanding of referral pathways by leading field-based members.
• Employ a relationship-driven approach to client interactions to ensure that Mom’s Meals is recognized as a leader in quality, customer service, and nutritional support for individuals with chronic health conditions.
• Oversee the WA and OR territories, requiring travel 50-75% of the time, including 2-3 overnight stays each week.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, covering areas such as managed care, long-term care, home health, home care, hospitals, or medical equipment.
• Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare benefit programs.
• Proven experience in consulting and delivering presentations to care providers for high-risk member populations.
• Genuine commitment and enthusiasm for assisting individuals.
• Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or similar sales organizational software.
• A solid foundation in Medicaid, Medicare, and Managed Care organizations.
• Clinical credentials in Social Work, Nursing, or Nutrition and the ability to convey the critical role of medical nutrition in lowering healthcare costs for high-risk populations.
• Familiarity with the specific regional market, including contacts and experience in Medicaid service provision.
• Prepared to travel 50-75% of the time for both day and overnight trips, regionally and nationwide, with the flexibility to conduct virtual meetings as necessary.
