Manager, Network Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of projects that align with organizational priorities through the Y’s Innovation Process.

• Enhance network capacity and ensure alignment with best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the development and delivery of community-oriented services.

• Administer the YMCA network facilitation processes to boost the adoption of Y-USA products and solutions.

• Offer programmatic assistance and fine-tune facilitation strategies.

• Aid in aligning with network activation efforts.

• Guarantee the effective utilization of systems that support the YMCA network.

• Create and refine tools, processes, and methodologies to capture insights and enhance support systems.

• Encourage consistent, high-quality implementation and ongoing improvement across the Movement.

• Oversee designated aspects of grant-funded projects.

• Foster relationships and manage deliverables.

• Assist in program and financial reporting.

• Ensure the timely fulfillment of commitments that align with project objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business or similar disciplines is required.

• A minimum of 4–8 years of relevant experience is essential.

• Advanced functional skills are necessary.

• Intermediate knowledge and experience within the industry are required.

• Entry to intermediate managerial skills are necessary.

• Experience with complex and advanced functional and operations tasks is required.

• Demonstrated experience in managing a team or function is essential.

• A high degree of decision-making capability within one's area is needed.

• Ability to implement policies and strategies for short-term outcomes is required.

• Experience in both internal and external communications is essential.

• High influence over teams and within the function is necessary.

• Capability to set goals and objectives for team members to achieve operational success is required.
