Manager, Network Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Supervisors and Fiber Construction Managers to meet the construction needs of the District(s).

• Collaborate effectively with leadership from the NOC, Engineering, Field Operations, and Change Management teams.

• Set, track, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for deliverables and associated workflows to evaluate operational effectiveness.

• Mentor and develop direct reports while ensuring that similar growth opportunities are available for the entire team.

• Organize and prioritize the tasks of fiber construction and external vendor resources within a designated area.

• Oversee the process of vendor evaluation and selection.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five (5) years of experience in managing large-scale Fiber OSP and ISP development projects, including site acquisition, zoning, permitting, and construction management.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management, covering budgeting and finance across various projects.

• Proven experience in people management.

• Previous experience managing remote teams is highly preferred.
