This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of development and production for REE Medical, encompassing video, motion graphics, photography, print, and digital assets, ensuring all outputs align with REE Medical brand standards and support the overall content strategy.
• Spearhead the production of both long-form and short-form video content, including brand storytelling, customer testimonials, educational material for veterans, social media videos, and content for events and conferences.
• Create animated explainers and short-form motion graphics for paid media, organic social, web, and partnership initiatives.
• Design event materials, partnership resources, sales enablement tools, brand visuals, field-ready materials for the community outreach team, and other supporting projects.
• Collaborate with the Senior Content and Brand Manager on creative direction, execution of brand standards, and editorial planning across owned channels. Work alongside the Senior Growth Marketing Manager on creative for landing pages and lifecycle email campaigns, ensuring all creative is performance-oriented and consistent with brand identity.
• Assist in reviewing work from external creative partners to guarantee compliance with brand standards, accurate representation of services, and high production quality.
• Manage and enhance the brand asset library, creative file organization, and version control across REE Medical’s creative production efforts; ensure assets are easily accessible and reusable throughout the marketing organization.
• Ensure all visual and motion content is culturally sensitive, respectful of military service, and accurately reflects the realities of VA disability claims, avoiding the exploitative tone typical of claim shark competitors.
• Oversee photography production and editing for events, partnerships, customer narratives, and content needs across the marketing department; manage relationships with photographers when external resources are necessary.
• Stay updated on multimedia design trends, software capabilities, and best practices for specific platforms; advocate for tools and features that enhance creative quality and production efficiency.
• Exemplify rigorous, brand-focused, and ethical creative practices; contribute to the growth of the broader marketing organization and facilitate knowledge sharing across creative and content areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Over 7 years of multimedia design experience with direct accountability for video, motion graphics, photography, print, and digital production from inception to delivery.
• A robust portfolio showcasing versatility across multimedia disciplines and a proven ability to deliver agency-quality work in an in-house production setting.
• Extensive hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or similar design and UX/UI tools is advantageous.
• Proficient in producing video and motion content from start to finish: concept development, shoot direction, editing, motion design, sound mixing, and final delivery.
• Strong grasp of applying brand standards across multimedia channels and understanding platform-specific best practices; analytical mindset with the ability to utilize performance data (engagement metrics, paid media performance, video completion rates) to refine creative output.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently, taking full responsibility for results, and proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Excellent project management skills: ability to oversee multiple concurrent creative projects, prioritize against marketing calendar demands, and deliver on time without compromising quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to translate creative concepts for non-creative stakeholders, provide and accept constructive creative feedback, and present work to senior leadership.
• Practical photography experience: proficiency in DSLR and mirrorless camera operation, lighting, on-location shoot management, and post-production editing for events, portraits, and product contexts is a plus.
• Experience in marketing within regulated, compliance-sensitive, or healthcare-adjacent sectors is a plus.
• A strong sense of empathy and understanding of the veteran community is a significant advantage; candidates with military affiliation are highly encouraged to apply.
• Competitive salary: $95,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience.
