This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with senior management and HR teams to design, implement, and maintain effective associate relations programs and best practices.
• Create and present training programs covering all aspects of labor and associate relations, focusing on both intervention and proactive measures.
• Assist in the coordination and compilation of data, reports, and communication materials required during union organizing counter campaigns.
• Oversee projects and labor relations initiatives that align with the overall labor relations strategy.
• Administer the labor and associate relations research and analysis programs to identify patterns and trends, assessing their impact on the organization.
• Generate leadership-level reports on recognized trends and emerging issues in labor and associate relations.
• Track external labor activities and trends, including the responsibility for producing reports for field and corporate leaders.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated skills in project management.
• Capable of conveying complex or technical concepts and processes in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in negotiation, complaint handling, dispute resolution, and grievance management with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with employment laws; thorough understanding of state and federal employment regulations is required.
• Advanced degree in human resources or industrial relations.
• Experience in retail and/or distribution environments.
• Strong ability to forge relationships and partner effectively with all organizational levels.
• Ability to excel in both corporate/executive settings and on-the-ground environments in stores or distribution centers.
